– GENERAL –

By commissioning me and purchasing my designs you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.


Terms are subject to change at anytime. Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties. Failure to abide these terms may result in cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting from further commissions. ​

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

All commissions will be drawn in my style. I will not draw in a specific style of another artist. 

– USAGE OF WORK –

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only
Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes or resell it.

You may share the commission, re-post, use as a header, icon, etc. as long as you credit me.
​I have the right to post the completed artwork on any art sites of my chosing.
​I reserve all rights to my artwork and you may not claim it as your own. 
Do not edit my artwork without my permission.

Commercial commissions vary in price depending on the commercial use and can be negotiated with me.
Do not use a commission in any commercial way without getting the rights from me.

– PAYMENT AND REFUNDS –

All payments can be made via PayPal invoice or Bank Transfer*
*bank transfer if living in Germany only!
Please provide a billing E-mail when contacting me.
Commissions are priced based on the type you choose and complexity.
I require full payment after sending the sketch is approved.

Regular commission prices are non-negotiable. 

Some commission subjects may cost additional charges (complex designs, armor, wings, ect.) If a large or time-consuming edit to the commission is requested, you may be charged for it. I will do a maximum of 2 changes to a finished commission for free.
If client requests a refund while the commission is in progress, it will be based on the amount of work that has been done. 
​I will not refund complete or nearly completed commissions.
I have the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason.
​If the cancellation is initiated by me, the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
